I was gobsmacked that lillpluta nominated my blog for the Arte y Pico Award, but I'm so happy she did.

I met lillpluta  shortly after I joined LJ and friended her because she writes such interesting posts about writing, about being a mom, about living in the midwest and because we seem to laugh at the same things.

So here are the rules of this award:
